New Black Shark phone gets 3C certification in China

The new Black Shark phone supports 27W (9V 3A, 12V 2.25A, 20V 1.35A) fast charging.

The Xiaomi-backed company Black Shark recently launched Black Shark 2 in India. Now seems like the company is working on a new smartphone.

A new Black Shark device with model number DLT-A0 has received the necessary 3C certification in China. The listing indicates the launch of the said smartphone is just around the corner.

Although the 3C certification (via) did not reveal much information about the upcoming smartphone, it reveals that the Black Shark phone supports 27W (9V 3A, 12V 2.25A, 20V 1.35A) fast charging. To recall, the Black Shark 2 also supports 27W fast charging.

To recall, in India Black Shark 2 is priced at Rs 39,999 for the 6GB + 128GB storage variant while the premium variant is priced at Rs 49,999, which comes with a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It features a 6.39-inch Full HD+TrueView Display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels along with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 403ppi of pixel density. The gaming phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 along with Adreno 640 which is backed by up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

The Black Shark 2 is backed up by a 4000mAh battery with 27W support that offers 30 minutes of gaming with just 5 minutes of charging. On the camera front, it is equipped with a dual-camera setup, which comes with a combination of 48-megapixel primary lens with f/1.75 aperture, 0.8-micron pixel size along with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.2 aperture, 1.0-micron pixel size, 2x lossless zoom and LED flash. For the front, the phone features a 20-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. On the software front, the phone runs on 9.0 Pie and it has an in-display fingerprint sensor
