Minesweeper, Soduku now available for free on WP7

The ad supported games, with Xbox Live support, will be available for free on the Windows Phone Marketplace beginning tomorrow.

Microsoft has announced the addition of two most popular puzzle games, Minesweeper and Sudoku, to Windows Phone 7 featuring Xbox Live support. The ad supported games will be available for free on the Windows Phone Marketplace beginning tomorrow.

Earlier available only in the USA, the Minesweeper application has now been made available to the whole world (except Brazil and Korea for some strange reason).

The game Minesweeper has been a part of Microsoft for a quite a long time now and a large part for its worldwide popularity goes to it being a part of Microsoft Windows computer operating system.

With the launch of these two new games on the Windows Phone, Microsoft is hoping that it will be liked by people across the globe and they expect to launch more and more titles with Xbox Live support in the near future as well.
