Micromax has silently launched an Android smartphone, called Canvas Duet AE90. The handset is now available from Shopclues for Rs 9,999.
The Micromax Canvas Duet AE90 comes with a 4.5 inch display with qHD resolution. However, it is based on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and not Android KitKat as some of the new Micromax handsets like Canvas Engage.
The Duet AE90 has a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 32 GB expandable memory, and an 1800 mAh battery. Besides, it has a 5 Megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. The listing though say it has dual SIM slots (CDMA+GSM).
However, there is no information as of now about its RAM or ROM capacity or any other feature in the listing. However, a website claimed that the phone has 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, 3G connectivity, WiFi, WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, and A-GPS.
