As per latest round of leaks, LeEco is said to be working on the next-generation of its flagship device codenamed LEX920. Recently, a Weibo user posted some of the leaked photos of the upcoming device and has spilt some beans about the specs of the upcoming handset as well.
According to the leak, the LeEco LEX920 will include a 6.3-inch Quad-HD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The smartphone is rumoured to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. For multi-tasking and storage, the device is expected to be backed by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded as well.
On the camera front, it is expected to sport a massive 22.5-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash. The tipster also confirms that the device might come equipped with a dual rear camera setup. The leaked images also suggest that the device will come with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. The LEX920 will be juiced by a 3400mAh battery which will be charges with a USB Type-C port. And the company is also rumoured to bring back the 3.5mm audio jack, which it suprsingly ditched in the Le 2 and Le Max 2. On the software front, sadly, it is expected to still run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with LeEco’s EUI on top of it. The leak also indicates a price tag of 1388 Yuan (approx. Rs 13,529) whereas there is no word about the availability of the device.
Previously, another device with the codename LeEco LEX622 was recently spotted on TENAA and Geekbench website. As per the listing, the device could feature a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, a 2.3GHz Deca-core Helio X20 processor along with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. The device is expected to be backed by a 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, however, Geekbench says that it will come with a 3GB of RAM. On the camera front, the smartphone offers a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS, USB port, Infrared port, Bluetooth, accelerometer, proximity sensors, and ambient light sensor. The handset measures 151.1 × 74.2 × 7.5 (mm) and weighs 153 grams.
