Microsoft services, including MS Teams, Outlook, Azure, and Microsoft 365, are all down as per reports which are being sourced from Indian users. Alongside, LinkedIn is also facing outage. Microsoft has also acknowledged the issue and said that it has been investigating as to what is causing the issue.
A tweet by Microsoft 365 Status read, “We’re investigating issues impacting multiple Microsoft 365 services.” Microsoft Azure, the company’s public cloud platform, is also facing an outage while users on Microsoft teams are unable to send and receive messages or join scheduled calls.
Later on, Microsoft added in a tweet that it had rolled back a network change that it believed was causing the issue. “We’re monitoring the service as the rollback takes effect,” it said. Among the other services affected were Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, as per the company’s status page.
A bunch of users took to Twitter to share that they have been facing issues. Some even blamed the layoffs behind the Microsoft services outage. The outage has affected thousands of users nationwide. Microsoft Teams, is being used by more than 280 million people globally. It has become a vital element in day to day operations of a number of organisations.
