GSM service provider, Idea has launched a 3G smartphone with free data benefit. The new handset, called as !d 4000, is priced at Rs 4,999. It will be made available in all 3G markets of Idea across 11 circles that includes Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Maharashtra & Goa, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh (E) and Uttar Pradesh (W).
The Idea !d 4000 has a 4-inch touchscreen, 1.0 GHz Dual core processor, Android Jelly Bean OS, a 3.2 megapixel rear camera, and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD of up to 32 GB. Besides, the phone has Bluetooth V4.0 and WiFi.
Meanwhile, Idea has announced an attractive offer for !d 4000 under which buyers would get 1.6 GB 3G data and free Idea TV access with a pack priced at Rs 259 for existing subscribers, while new customers will get the same with a pack priced at Rs 261.
Earlier in March this year, Idea had 5.5 inch display bearing Ultra II for Rs 12,500 and !d 1000 for Rs 5,400. To read more about these devices, click here.
