HTC Wildfire X to go on sale today for the first time

HTC Wildfire X features a 6.22-inch HD+ IPS waterdrop display and is powered by a Mediatek Helio P22 Processor. It runs on Android Pie.

HTC recently made a comeback in the Indian market with the launch of Wildfire X. Now the smartphone will go on sale in India for the first time on Flipkart at 12 P.M.

HTC Wildfire X comes in two variants – 4RAM+128 ROM for Rs 12, 999 and 3GB RAM+32 for Rs 9,999. It will be available in a Sapphire Blue colour option.

Launch offers include coupons worth Rs 3,750 for Vodafone and Idea customers along with an additional 500MB data per day for 18 months. Customers will get a total of 50 coupons worth Rs 75 each that will be available upon recharging with Rs 255 through the MyVodafone or MyIdea app.

It has a 12 (Main, 1.25 μm) + 8 MP (8x hybrid Zoom) + 5 MP (Depth) triple camera setup at the rear and 8 MP in the front. The device gets its power from a 3330 battery unit. Connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm jack.

The smartphone has an interesting feature called “Mybuddy.” Using this feature people can use their smartphone as a personal security tool. The feature allows users to pull out the device from the shell to trigger a loud alarm, send live location information to friends and family, and record and transmit audio/video of surroundings in real-time.
