Honor 9i with 5.9-inch FullView FHD+ display to go on sale from midnight today on Flipkart

The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 17,999 and it will be available in Platinum Gold, Midnight Black and Navy Blue colour options.

Honor 9i, which was launched on October 5, will go on sale today at midnight on Flipkart. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 17,999 and it will be available in Platinum Gold, Midnight Black and Navy Blue colour options. The phone will be available for purchase starting 00.01hours on October 14.

The company is offering a host of interesting deals on the smartphone. To start with, users will get assured buyback value of Rs 9,000 and one can also avail up to Rs 17,000 off on exchange of old smartphone. Further, HDFC Bank Debit and Credit cards users will get additional discounts as well. Interestingly, the smartphone will be available during Flipkart’s Big Diwali Sale that will kick-start from October 14 and will end on October 17.

Recollecting some key specifications, the Honor 9i features a unibody metal design and a 5.9-inch FullView Full (2160 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a 2.36 GHz Octa-core Kirin 659 processor coupled with 4GB RAM. The smartphone has a 64GB internal memory and has an expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on 7.0 Nougat operating system and has the EMUI 5.1 on top of it. There is a 3340 battery in this phone. It also features a fingerprint sensor on the back of the device below the dual camera setup.

The Honor 9i offers four cameras compromising of two rear and two front cameras. It has a 16 with dual-tone LED flash and 2-megapixel rear-facing shooters. For the front, there is 13 megapixel with soft LED flash and 2-megapixel sensors. Besides, the smartphone offers Hybrid Dual SIM, LTE with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), 4.2, GPS/A-GPS, NFC. The handset measures 156.2 × 75.2 × 7.5mm and weighs around 164 grams.
