Huawei’s sub-brand Honor will be launching the Honor 10, on May 15 in London and ahead of its launch, the pricing of the upcoming smartphone has been shared by the company, which could put it in direct competition with the OnePlus 6.
Honorhas confirmed that the latest smartphone, Honor 10, will be priced around Rs35,000 in India. However, the brand has not revealed the exact figure, so one could expect it to fall under this price range only. However, there is no information available as when the brand is planning to make itavailable in the Indian market. Sometime back the brand had launched the Honor 8 Pro, which was in direct competition with the OnePlus 5 and Honor View 10 that gave a stiff competition to the OnePlus 5T.
So, naturally, with such kind of price, it would surely compete with the OnePlus 6. Talking about latter, the smartphone is reported to be priced at Rs 36,999 for the 6GB of RAM, while the 8GB RAM option is reported to be priced at Rs 38,999.
To recall, the brand introduced its latest flagship device, the Honor 10 in China last month. The phone comes in two variants – 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage for 2599 Yuan (approx. Rs 27,230) and 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage for 2999 Yuan (approx. Rs 31,420).
The Honor 10 features a 5.84-inch full HD+ (2240 x 1080 pixels) LCD 2.5D curved glass display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. It has a display notch in the front like Apple iPhone X. The 2.4GHz octa-core Kirin 970 processor, powers this phone and has the backing of Mali G72 MP12 GPU and 6GB RAM. Besides, 64GB and 128GB of internal storage, the Honor 10 comes with an optional storage of 256GB via micro SD card.
