Gionee M7 Power with 6-inch FullView display, 5000mAh battery launched in India

The major highlight of the smartphone is the new bezel-less display along with a 5,000mAh battery.

Gionee has finally launched the much-awaited, the M7 Power smartphone for the Indian market. Priced at Rs 16,999, the smartphone will be available from November 25.

The smartphone is up for pre-booking on Amazon website from November 17 to November 24. The device comes loaded with some exiting offers including a 6-month one-time screen replacement warranty. Users will also get extra Rs 3000 off on exchange and No Cost options. Further, Reliance Jio users will get up to 100GB of additional data.

The major highlight of the smartphone is the new bezel-less display along with a 5,000mAh battery. The back panel comes loaded with a textured finish, while the front sports a large 6-inch FullView display with a screen of 1440 x 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9.

The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 along with Adreno 505 GPU. The device is backed by a 4GB of and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro card slot.

On the camera front, the M7 Power sports a 13-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and flash, while for the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter. The phone comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back as well and it runs on Amigo 5.0 based on 7.1.1 Nougat. On the connectivity front, it supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, 4.2, GPS and support.

Going by the sheer specs sheet, the smartphone will face a stiff competition with the likes of Honor 9i, Xiaomi Mi Ai, Motorola Moto G5s Plus and more, all of them features a dual-camera setup and are considered one of the best option in this price range.
