A new Gionee smartphone with model name Gionee F106, has been found listed on the Chinese certification website, TENNA, along with few images and some key specifications.
As per the listing, the Gionee F106 features a 4.99-inch HD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixel and is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 2660mAh battery.
On the camera front, the Gionee F106 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, a MicroUSB port, GPS, Proximity Sensor, Gravity Sensor and Ambient Light sensor. The handset measures 144×70.8×8.4 mm and weighs 150.2 grams. Further, as per listing the smartphone comes in Gold and silver colours.
Meanwhile, Gionee also launched
its new smartphone M2017 today in China for CNY 6,999 (approx. Rs 68,200). The smartphone boasts 6GB of RAM and is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor.
