Cheapest hexa core smartphone, Intex Cloud Tread released at Rs 4,999

Cloud Tread is now available for registrations and its first flash sale will be held on 30th August at 12:00 noon.

Intex has silently released a new smartphone under its Cloud series, which is dubbed as Intex Cloud Tread. The smartphone is found listed on a e-commerce portal ‘Snapdeal’ at Rs 4,999. The registrations are now open and the first flash sale will be held on 30th August at 12:00 noon.

As of now Intex has not officially announced the launch of Intex Cloud Tread smartphone. However we would expect this to be happening pretty soon.
Intex Cloud Tread
The Intex Cloud Tread features a 5-inch IPS display with resolution of (1280 x 720p) and comes with Dragontail glass protection. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Hexa-Core processor, which is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on older 5.1 Lollipop operating system and gets the strength from a 2200 battery.

On the camera front, the Cloud Tread smartphone has a 5-megapixel camera setup on the back, as well as on the front panel. This Dual smartphone supports network and comes with all basic connectivity function.

At Rs 4,999, the Intex Cloud Tread is the cheapest hexa core smartphone though few octa core smartphones are available for about Rs 4,600. For instance the Xolo Omega 5.0 has an octa core processor and it is retailing for Rs 4,599.

Earlier this month, Intex launched two new affordable smartphones under its Aqua series, named as Intex Aqua Eco and Aqua Viturbo. The Aqua Eco is priced at Rs 3,949, while the Aqua Viturbo cost Rs 3,330.
