Asus Zenfone Max, which was announced for India in the first week of this month and was made available on pre order, is now available for purchase in open sales from leading retail stores and Asus’s exclusive stores.
Priced at Rs 9,999, the Asus Zenfone Max has a huge 5000 mAh lithium-polymer battery which, as per the company, can offer 37.6 hours of 3G Talk time or 32.5 hours of WiFi web browsing or 72.9 hours of music or 22.6 hours of video playback. The phone can also be used as a power bank.
ZenFone Max features a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display which has 10 finger touch support and comes with anti-fingerprint coating. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor which is paired with 2GB RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and Adreno 306 graphics processor. Like other Asus phones, it has ZenUI 2.0 user interface.
The Asus Zenfone Max comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable by up-to 64GB via a micro SD card. The ZenFone Max offers a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual colour Real tone LED flash lights, f/2.0 Aperture and laser auto focus. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that too comes with f/2.0 aperture. The Dual SIM Asus Zenfone Max offers 4G connectivity, WiFi (b/g/n), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 A2DP, Micro USB 2.0 port and GPS with AGPS and GLONASS and BDS. It is available in black and white colours.
