Asus launched its latest flagship Zenfone 5Z in India recently. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 29,999 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage variant, Rs 32,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage option and Rs 36,999 for the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage option. Now the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant will be exclusively available for sale on Flipkart starting today.
With the purchase of the Zenfone 5Z, there are interesting launch offers which include a flat Rs 2000 off with Axis Bank credit and debit cardholders. Axis bank users will get Rs 2000 off on Credit, Debit and EMI in the first 20 days after the launch of this offer. Post 20 days, users can still avail Rs 2,000 off, but only on EMI, which is valid for 15 days.
Apart from this, the Zenfone 5Z also comes with Flipkart’s complete mobile protection for Rs 499. Reliance Jio users can avail Rs 2,200 cashback offer and 100GB additional data. Jio users will get 44 vouchers of Rs 50 coupon, which can be redeemed upon the recharge through MyJio app. There is also Free Pick up and Drop service option available to all ZenFone 5Z customers during the warranty period. The Asus Zenfone 5Z (ZS620KL) has a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2246 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm by Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU. The phone comes with an expandable memory up to 2TB via micro SD card slot. It runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) with ZenUI 5.0 which is said to be upgradable to Android P.
There is a dual rear camera set up of 12 MP and 8 MP sensors in its back. The main 12 MP sensor has Sony IMX363 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, 83-degree field of view, 24mm equivalent focal length, and a Softlight LED flash. The 8-megapixel sensor has 120-degree Wide-Angle lens, a f/2.2 aperture, and a 12mm equivalent focal length in a 35mm film camera. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel resolution, with a f/2.0 aperture, 84-degree field of view, and a 24mm equivalent focal length in a 35mm film camera.
The Asus Zenfone 5Z offers fingerprint sensor, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes with 3300 mAh battery with ASUS BoostMaster fast charging and AI charging. The phone measures 153 × 75.65 × 7.85 mm and weighs 155 grams.
