An unannounced smartphone from Asus with model number X00KD has been found listed on the website of TENAA – the Chinese certification agency. The listing not only has images of the phones but it also carries the major specifications of the device as well.
As per the TENAA listing, the Asus X00KD has a 5.0 inch HD display with 720×1280 pixels resolution powered by a 1.25 GHz quad-core processor. It comes in 2GB/3GB RAM with 16GB/32GB of internal storage and 2TB expandable memory. The Asus X00KD has a dual rear camera setup a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera and a huge 4,020 mAh battery. The listing shows that the Asus X00GD seemingly features a fingerprint sensor on the physical home button on the front panel of the device.
The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with Asus ZenUI on top of it and the images reveal that it has mocha gold, and black colour versions. Connectivity options of the device include dual SIM, 4G-LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a micro USB 2.0 port. The phone is 144.26 mm tall, 71.26 mm wide and 9.1 mm thin and it weighs 160 grams, according to the TENAA listing. It has Gravity sensor, distance sensor, light sensor.
There is no information about the price and unveiling of the device but since it has appeared in certification website, we expect the smartphone to be launched soon.
