The latest update for Nokia 6 (TA-1000), Chinese variant, comes with the inclusion of optional Google Play services. The size of the update is around 380MB and is available on the website of Nokia Power User for download.
As per the recent report by Nokia Power User, Nokia 6 TA-1000 variant finally hasoptional supportfor Google services, which means you can download and install Google Play Store APK, once you have installed this July update. This has been confirmed to Nokiapoweruser by sources with knowledge of this update. Nonetheless, the update itself will not bring Google Play Store, instead it allows users to download the APK file.
The report further claims that the changelog only mentions about the Google July Security Patch and fixing of the camera issue in Arabic language.
