The phone has 6.0 operating system which has Doze Mode in which the system attempts to conserve battery by restricting apps’ access to network and CPU-intensive services. It also prevents apps from accessing the network and defers their jobs, syncs, and standard alarms. Additionally, the Honor 5C has Huawei’s 3.0 power-saving technology that further allows the user to save power when in need.

The 13-megapixel rear camera with F2.0 and 78° wide-angle 5-element (5P) makes sure that one gets clarity in every shot using the Honor 5C. It comes loaded with Anti-reflective, oleophobic, and infrared-absorbing lens coating that reduce reduces glare, prevents fingerprints, and stops unwanted IR light from reaching the sensor. And that is not all, the 8-megapixel front camera with F2.0 aperture and 77° wide-angle lens makes sure that selfies also come out well. The camera is based on Smart Image 3.0 image processor with a variety of creative filters and shooting modes. It is loaded with modes like time-lapse, slow-mo, watermark, audio note, pro photo and pro video ,light painting; food mode; and all focus. The Settings menu includes controls for object tracking, smile capture, self-timer, and resolution. There’s also a quick switch between photo and video, along with the typical toggles for front and rear camera switching, the flash, and filters.

For instance, in case if you want to use Light Painting mode just select the mode and the app will automatically give you manual control of the shutter for long exposure shots.
