Rumours of new iPhone 7 started soon after Apple released iPhone 6 and 6 Plus last year. Many say that the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 will come with 2 RAM, 14 megapixel rear camera, 4 megapixel front camera, 3D display, A9 processor, joystick style home button, and new 9 operating system.

HTC One M9

Expected to be announced at an event in Barcelona this March, it will be the successor of current HTC flaghship, the HTC One M8. Reportedly, the HTC One M9 is expected to have a 5 inch display, Lollipop operating system, Snapdragon 810 CPU, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, 128 GB micro SD card slot, dual rear cameras including a 20.7 MP camera, 4 megapixel front camera, and a 2840 mAh battery. HTC One M9 Plus

As per rumours, the HTC One M9 Plus will have a 5.2 inch screen with 1440x2560pixels and will come in two variants – one powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 oct-core processor and the other featuring a MediaTek chip. Besides, it is expected to have finger print sensor, Android 5.0.2 with Sense 7.0 UI, 3 GB DDR4 RAM, 32 GB storage, LTE, BoomSound front speakers, 4.1, a 2840 mAh battery, dual rear camera (20.7MP+2.1MP), and 4MP or 13 MP front camera.

Huawei Ascend P8

The successor of Huawei Ascend P7, called as Ascend P8 is expected to be released on this April 15. As per reports, it will feature a 5.2 inch FHD display with Gorilla Glass 3, unibody design with glass covering on both front and rear, HiSilicon Kirin 930 CPU, 3 GB RAM, and a 2600 mAh battery.

Samsung is widely expected to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S6, this March 1. Reportedly, it will have a metal design and may even come with fingerprint scanner, 5 inch Quad HD display, Exynos 7420 octa-core CPU, 3 GB of RAM, and a 20 megapixel rear camera. The teaser for the Samsung Unpacked Even for March 1 (the pic above) set tongues waging about a new curved smartphone, purportedly named as Samsung Galaxy S Edge. But there are no other information whatsoever about this handset.

It could be unveiled at Mobile World Congress event this month or at the Samsung Unpacked event next month. Reportedly, it will have a a rotating bezel that surrounds the screen like one on Apple Watch.

Sony Xperia Z4 is yet another high end smartphone that is expected to be announced during Mobile World Congress event next month in Barcelona. The Sony Xperia Z4 may feature a Snapdragon 810 SoC, a 5.5-inch display (QHD or FHD resolution), 4GB RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, 16/32 GB internal memory, 128 GB micro SD card slot, a 3100 mAh battery, 20.7 MP rear camera, and a 4.8 MP front snapper.
