A new smartphone of Yu, with model name Yu5530, has been spotted on Geekbench.
As per Geekbench listing, the Yu5530 has a 1.8 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6755M) processor and 4GB of RAM. The handset is based on the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
No other information about the smartphone is available right now. We will keep you updated more on this once more details come to light on the YU’s upcoming smartphone.
Last week, the Micromax’s subsidiary launched Yu Yureka Note, in India at Rs 13,499. The Yureka Note has 6-inch Full HD Display, a Mediatek MT 6753T octa core processor, 3GB RAM, fingerprint scanner (at the back), 4000 mAh battery, 13 Megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front camera, Dual Speakers with NXP smart PA, and Gorilla Glass 3 display Protection.
Running on Android Lollipop 5.1.1, the new smartphone gives users the access to a number of features including voice search, Google Drive, Hangouts for video calls, smart contact prioritization etc.
