Xiaomi is reportedly gearing up to launch a new lineup of smartphones under a new brand known as ‘Pocophone’. Now, a new leak has emerged online that reveals some key specs and prices of its first smartphone.
According to a tweet by a known tipster Roland Quandt, the upcoming smartphone from Xiaomi’s new lineup will be known as the Pocophone F1. The new lineup is reported to be meant for the Eastern European and Indian markets. The phone will be available in Grey and Blue colour options.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 will seemingly be cheap as chips... listing in eastern Euroland for ~420 Euro (6/64GB) and ~460 Euro (6/128GB) (prices converted). If it really has an SDM845 that pricing would be really impressive for a device with a 5,99in 2160x1080px screen.— Roland Quandt (@rquandt) July 23, 2018
The tipster reveals that the device will be priced quite aggressively. For easter Europe, one could expect a price tag of 420 Euros (approx. Rs 33,766) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage option, while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage might come with a price tag of around 460 Euros, which roughly translate to Rs 36,981.
Coming to the specifications, the tipster reveals that the Pocophone F1 will be powered by the latest top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 mobile platform. It will be backed by a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels.
Apart from this, the tipster reveals that the phone will come in two memory configurations: 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with a 128GB storage option. However, apart from this, little is known about the upcoming smartphone. So, we suggest you stay tuned with us for further details.
