Xiaomi’s Android One smartphone, Xiaomi Mi A3 to go on sale for the first time in India today at 12 noon through Amazon.in, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores. The smartphone was launched in India couple of days back in two variants, the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage is priced at Rs 12,999, while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 15,999. The phone comes in three colour options named “Not Just Blue”, “More Than White”, and “Kind of Gray”.
Meanwhile, the company has also announced thatXiaomi Mi A3 is going to be one of the few smartphone in the world to get the taste of Android Q (10) soon.
The phone comes with attractive launch offers wherein HDFC users can get Rs 750 cashback on credit cards, and an additional Rs 250 cashback on EMI transactions. Further, Airtel users get double data and unlimited calling with Rs 249 recharge.
The Xiaomi Mi A3 features a 6.08-inch HD+ AMOLED (1520 x 720 pixels) display along with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and with a waterdrop-style notch. It comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor along with Adreno 610 GPU and runs on Android 9.0 Pie and it comes under Android One programme.
On the camera front, the Mi A3 sports a triple rear camera setup with a combination of 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a 118-degree Wide-Angle f/1.79 lens, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor for depth sensing. For the front, it has a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 lens for selfies and video calling.
The phone also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for enhanced security and comes packed with a decent 4,030mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm Headphone jack.
