Photography enthusiasts using Apple iPhone would not stop admiring the amazing VSCO Cam app. The developers finally decided to make the VSCO Cam App available for the Android platform after beta testing it amongst Android users. Loaded with different filters and simple user interface, the VSCO Cam app arrives to serve Android smartphones running Android 4.0 ICS or higher version.
VSCO Cam boasts of its Presets that can be used to tweak the images clicked through the mobile camera. The user interface has been tailored with precision sliders to be used with the different Presets and Tools while tweaking the images. Enough editing options have been incorporated to adjust the parameters like exposure, temperature, contrast, crop, rotate, fade, vignette and others.
Once the user is done, the app offers to show the before and after effect on the phone. The VSCO Cam has a social sharing feature called VSCO Grid to share the final image to Google+, Facebook, Twitter and Weibo. There is a VSCO community where users can connect with other like-minded photography enthusiasts to share tips for best possible photo filters usage and edits.
The real question is, will VSCO cam be able to match up to the popularity of Instagram and other similar applications? Instagram has moved to short video uploading as well.
