Vivo Y83 Pro receives another price cut in India

Vivo Y83 Pro features 6.22-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) FullView 2.0 display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and 270 PPI.

Vivo has reportedly once again slashed the price of its mid-budget smartphone, the Vivo Y83 Pro, in India. The smartphone was launched in August this year for Rs 15,990.

As per Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the company has slashed the price by 1,000. With this, the smartphone will now be available for Rs 13,990. Earlier, the phone’s price was slashed by Rs 1,000, which brought down the price to Rs 14,990.

Vivo Y83 Pro features 6.22-inch (720×1520 pixels) FullView 2.0 display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and 270 PPI. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. The memory can be expanded by up to 256GB with a card.

The Vivo Y83 Pro has a dual-camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with f2.2 + f2.4, HDR, Professional, Face Beauty, Time-lapse, Slow, Panorama, PPT, PDAF, Live Photos, Portrait Bokeh Mode.

For the front, it has an 8-megapixel camera for video calling and selfies with F2.2, Face Beauty, HDR, Portrait Mode. The Vivo Y83, on the other hand, boasts 13-megapixel single rear camera with f/2.2 and LED flash and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. On the software front, it has 8.1 Oreo-based Funtouch OS 4.0 operating system and a 3,260mAh battery.
