The 4GB RAM with 128GB storage variant was made available from the next day of launch, followed by the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage model, which was made available for purchase through offline channels earlier this month.
Vivo S1 smartphone was launched in India last month and at the time of launch, the company announced three variants of the smartphone. The 4GB RAM with 128GB storage variant, priced at Rs 17990, was made available from the next day of launch, followed by the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage model (priced at Rs 18,990), which was made available for purchase through offline channels earlier this month. Now, as per Mumbai based retailer, Mahesh Telecom, the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant (priced at Rs 19,990) is also made available for purchase through offline channels. The phone comes in two colour options- Skyline Blue and Diamond Black.
Jumping straight to specifications, Vivo S1 has a 6.38-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED (1080x2340 pixels) and has a waterdrop-style notch design. The device comes armed with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 SoC coupled with ARM Mali-G52 GPU and comes with an option to expand the storage up to 256GB through microSD. The device comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
On the camera front, Vivo S1 sports a triple rear camera setup with 16-megapixel as a primary sensor with an f/1.78 lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, it carries a 32-megapixel AI selfie camera with an f/2.0 lens. The device runs on Android 9 Pie based on Funtouch OS 9 and comes packed with 4,500mAh battery with fast charging support. The phone measures 159.53 × 75.23 × 8.13mm and weighs 179 grams. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack.
