Poco has come up with a new smartphone in India called the Poco C55. The new entry-level smartphone from Poco comes packed with a 5000mAh battery and a MediaTek Helio G85 processor. Meanwhile, PTron has debuted its Force X12N smartwatch which supports calling, health monitoring suite and more.
Poco C55: Price, Offers, Specs
Available in 3 colours, Forest Green, Cool Blue, and Power Black, POCO C55 will be available on Flipkart in India, starting 28th February in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB at Rs 9,499 and Rs 10,999 respectively. POCO has also introduced a Rs 500 first day flat discount on the 4GB+64GB variant.
Along with this they have announced bank offers of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 on 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB variants respectively for consumers using SBI, HDFC and ICICI debit or credit cards, taking the net effective price for first day to Rs 8,499 and Rs 9,999.
The Poco C55 sports a 6.71-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution, 120Hz touch sampling rate and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. There is a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera.
Under the hood, the phone packs a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. It is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB. There is a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support. The charger is provided in the box.
The rear camera setup on the Poco C55 features a 50MP f/1.8 main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. It comes with a 5MP front camera. For biometrics, the phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It runs on Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box and is IP52 splash resistant as well.
PTron Force X12N: Price, Specs
Available in four colors – Carbon Black, Gold Black, Blazing Blue, and Champagne Pink, the Force X12N comes with interchangeable straps and is priced at Rs 1,499. It has launched with an introductory offer at Rs 1,199 on 21st February at 12 noon and comes with one year warranty.
The new PTron watch gets a 1.85-inch full-touch 2.5D curved display with 130+ watch faces. It has multi-sports modes and comes with up to 5 days of battery life. The Force X12N features an array of trackers such as Heart Rate Monitor (HRM), Sleep tracker, Daily activity tracker, Blood oxygen saturation (SP02 monitor), and guided breathing exercises as well for stress control.
Equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, Force X12N enables calling functionality through the smartwatch with functions like incoming call alerts, text message alerts, social media alerts, and saving favourite contacts (up to 8). Additionally, the watch also allows music control & camera control via Bluetooth.
