While OnePlus is expected to unveil OnePlus 3T on November 15, a new OnePlus device with the name OnePlus Pixel running Android 7.1 Nougat operating system has been spotted on GeekBench Benchmarking website. The Nougat is the same operating system which is running on recently launched Google’s Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones.
In the GeekBench listing, the OnePlus Pixel got 2326 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 5475 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the OnePlus Pixel has 6GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 1.59 GHz quad core processor. The handset is based on the Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.
The soon to be launched OnePlus 3T is rumoured to come with an improved Sony IMX395 sensor for its camera, Android Nougat out-of-the-box, Snapdragon 821 SoC and a bigger internal storage as well. It will sport the same 6GB RAM as seen on the current OnePlus 3.
Recently, there were rumours that due to a shortage in Optic AMOLED displays, OnePlus might launch an LCD variant. Later on, it was tipped that OnePlus 3T might well be that variant. However, contrary to this, added rumours denied anything of this sort.
