Micromax Unite 2 A106, which is recently launched for Rs 6,999, has outperformed Samsung Galaxy S3 and Google Nexus 4 in the benchmarking. Both Nexus 4 and Galaxy S3 were once launched as flagship devices of their respective companies and currently cost more than Rs 20,000.
On Antutu benchmarking, the Unite 2 got 17356 against 16793 of Nexus 4 while Galaxy S3 has slightly better 17956. On Vellamo, the Micromax Unite 2 has a score of 551 and is slightly ahead of Galaxy S3 (546) and Samsung Galaxy Grand (361).
These Benchmarking results will once again put a question mark on the authenticity of the mobile benchmarking tools as the Samsung Galaxy S3 has much better hardware than the Unite 2. So it would be interesting to see what will be the score of Moto E – the chief rival of Unite 2.
