Meizu is all set to launch its next smartphone – Meizu M6T at an event on May 29 in China. Now ahead of the launch, a couple of photos of the alleged Meizu M6T have surfaced on Chinese microblogging website, Weibo which has revealed the colour variants of the smartphone.
The Meizu M6T launch event will be held at Beijing Sanlitun Mega Studio Theatre in Beijing, China at 2:30 PM local time (12:00 PM IST) for which the company has sent the media invites.
As per the leaked photos shared on Weibo by a digital blogger, via Playfuldroid, the Meizu M6T would be available in grey, black and red colour variants. The user reveals that the rear panel of the phone is made of a soft-rubberized material.
The leaked images show that there is a dual rear camera set up which is vertically aligned below the LED flash. There is fingerprint sensor also at the rear below the camera. There also seems to be a Micro USB port along with speaker grill.
As per previous reports, the Meizu 6T is said to feature a 5.7 inches HD+ display with 1440 x 720 pixel Resolution and powered by 1.5 GHz octa-core processor. It will also feature a fingerprint sensor at the back.
The smartphone might have 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM with 16GB/32GB/64GB storage variants and support for microSD cards. It features 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup and a front camera of 8-megapixel. The smartphone will run on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with Flyme OS 6.2 and packed with a 3,230mAh battery. It will have connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS. The handset measures 152.3 × 73 × 8.4mm and weighs 154g.
