After Lenono K8 Note, the company is all set to launch Lenovo K8 Plus in India tomorrow. Now ahead of the launch, Lenovo has teased the back panel of the smartphone. Since past few days, Lenovo has been teasing the K8 Plus smartphone on its social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook. The Lenovo K8 Plus will be a Flipkart exclusive product.
The latest teaser shared by Lenovo reveals that the Lenovo K8 Plus will feature a dual camera setup at the back just like the K8 Note. The two cameras are placed vertically at the back along with a dual-LED flash. Below the cameras, we can also see a fingerprint sensor in the middle at the back. The teaser further shows that on the left, there is a volume rocker button also. An earlier teaser hinted at the K8 Plus having a dedicated media play/pause button, which indicates the presence of Dolby Audio.

Lenovo K8 Plus was earlier spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website before the launch of Lenovo K8 Note. In the GeekBench listing, the Lenovo K8 Plus got 861 points in single-core test and in multi-core test it received 3761 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Lenovo K8 Plus has 3GB RAM and MediaTek Helio X20 1.69 GHz deca-core processor with Mali T888 GPU. The handset is based on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. The phone will run on stock Android 7.1 Nougat just similar to the K8 Note.
Lenovo K8 Note was launched in India in two variants – 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, priced at Rs 12,999 and Rs 13,999 respectively. To recall, Lenovo K8 Note features a unibody metal design and a 5.5-inch full HD display with (1080×1920 pixels) resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by 64 bit MediaTek Helio X23 chipset with four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.4GHz, four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.85GHz, and two Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 2.3GHz coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM. The Lenovo K8 Note offers 32GB/64GB of internal storage and 128 GB micro SD card slot. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and comes with a 4000 mAh battery and 15W rapid charger. The battery claims to offer up to 24.7 hours of talk time and 378 hours of standby time.
The Lenovo K8 Note boasts a dual camera set up 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 13-megapixel front shooter with LED flash to capture depth information. For connectivity, the smartphone has a hybrid dual sim, 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/A-GPS and 3.5mm audio jack. The device is splash resistant with water-repellent nano-coating and features a fingerprint sensor at the back. It also comes with comes with Lenovo’s usual Theatermax tech and Dolby Atmos. The K8 Note measures 154.5×75.9×8.5mm and weighs 180 grams. The sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
