Huawei P10 smartphone is expected to be launched onFebruary 26 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. It may flaunt two new colours Green and Purple.
A user named ‘@ichangezone’, posted few images on its Weibo account, which suggest that the alleged Huawei P10 will have two new colour variants – green and purple. Further, it also hinted towards high-end audio system from Yamaha or Harman Kardon as well.
Recently, a rendered image of the alleged Huawei P10 was surfaced online, giving us some hint about the upcoming device. It showered the front-facing camera at the top with company’s logo sitting just above the display. At the bottom, there was a home button, which might double up as a fingerprint sensor. Further, smartphone looks to sport a dual curved display. Other than this, on the right side, there was volume up/down buttons and a power on/off button.
As per the previous rumours, the company will launch two variants, a 5.2-inch Huawei P10 and 5.5-inch Huawei P10 Plus. The P10 is expected to come with a 2.3GHz Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 960 processor paired with Mali G71 GPU. The device will come with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card.
On the camera front, the device is likely to sport a 12-megapixel dual-camera setup coupled with an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter. We are not sure, as of now, if the Leica-partnership will come to the P10 or not. For the software, the device will come with Android 7.0 Nougat with Huawei’s own EMUI skin on top. Moreover, the smartphone is rumoured to cost more than the P9 and Mate 9, starting at $699 or either $749.
