Chinese handset maker, Huawei has confirmed the existence of Honor 7C which was spotted on TENAA last month. Yesterday, the company posted a teaser on Chinese social media websites which put all speculations regarding the 7C to rest.
As per the teaser, the Honor 7C will be released on March 12. It also says that the phone will have a 5.99 inch display, two SIM card slots, a micro SD card slot, and ofcourse dual cameras in the back.
In the TENAA listing too, the Honor 7C was listed with 5.99-inch TFT HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Besides, the listing claimed tht it will have dual rear camera with 13-megapixel and 20-megapixel sensors and with LED flash. An 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats is also said to be in the phone.
Besides as per TENAA listing, the Honor 7C will have a 1.8GHz Octa-Core processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. A 4GB of RAM model with 32GB of internal storage was also in pipeline.
The smartphone expected was listed on the Chinese Benchmarking website with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and a 2900mAh battery.
Besides, the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. The handset measures 158.3 x 76.7 x 7.8mm and weighs 164 grams. As per the listing, the phone comes with Gravity sensor, distance sensor, light sensor and will be available in Black, Gold and Blue colours. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back of the device as well.
Huawei sells its smartphone online under the Honor brand.
