Honor 8C found listed on VMall ahead of launch on October 11

Honor 8C will com in three colour options - Magic Night Black, Aurora Blue, and Platinum Gold.

Honor is all set to launch Honor 8C smartphone in China on October 11. Now ahead of the launch, the Honor 8C has been found listed on Huawei’s VMall. The listing has revealed the specifications of Honor 8C.

VMall has listed the Honor 8C in three colour options – Magic Night Black, Aurora Blue, and Platinum Gold. Though the phone does not come with any pricing on the website.

As per the listing on VMall, the Honor 8C will feature a 6.26-inch notched display with a resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. It offers a screen-to-body ratio of 80.4 percent and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC which will be coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. Honor 8C will be the first smartphone running Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 632 SoC. There will also be a higher variant of the smartphone with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage.

Honor 8C will run 8.1 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.2 on top. It will be packed with 4,000mAh battery with support for 5V/2A charger. There will be a dual rear camera setup of a 13-megapixel sensor along with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel sensor along with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel sensor along with an f/2.0 aperture. The front-facing camera will carry support for face unlock.

The connectivity features on the Honor 8C include VoLTE, dual-SIM support, 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and 3.5mm audio jack. The phone will also feature a fingerprint scanner on the backside of the phone.The phone measures 158.72 x 75.94 x 7.98mm and weighs 167.2 grams.
