Gionee F205 Pro launched for Rs 5,890

Gionee F205 Pro is now available for purchase on Flipkart and it comes in Black, Blue and Champagne colour variants.

Chinese smartphone maker Gionee has today launched its new budget smartphone- Gionee F205 Pro for Rs 5,890. The smartphone is now available for purchase on Flipkart and it comes in Black, Blue and Champagne colour variants.


Gionee F205 Pro offers a 5.45-inch HD+ 18:9 Full View display with 1440 x 720 pixel resolution. The phone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739WW 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz. For memory, it has 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and an expandable storage up to 256GB via a microSD card.


For the camera, the Gionee F205 Pro has a single 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The camera has various features like 5P Lens Element, F2.0 Aperture, Auto Focus, Portrait Mode, Face Beauty, Live Filter, HDR, Night Shot, Panorama, Time Lapse, Professional Mode, Auto Scene Detection, Bokeh Effect. On the front, it features a 5-megapixel sensor. The selfie camera has features like 3P Lens Element, F2.2 Aperture, HDR, Portrait Mode, Face Beauty, Live Filter, Time Lapse.



Gionee F205 Pro runs on an older Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and it is fueled by 3000 mAh battery. For dimensions, the phone measures 148 x 70.9 x 8.8 mm. For connectivity, the phone features dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wifi 802.11b/g/n, micro USB port and 3.5 mm headphone jack. The phone also features a fingerprint sensor and face unlock as well.   


To recall, Gionee launched Gionee S11 Lite, Gionee F205, and Gionee A1 Lite smartphones in India in December last year. The Gionee S11 Lite is priced at Rs 10,999, Gionee F205 is priced at Rs 5,699 while the Gionee A1 Lite comes with a price tag of 7,490. All the three phones are available for purchase on Flipkart.

This looks like an awesome device which is powered by Mediatek. Mediatek has a good range of shares in such devices and i like their performance too.
