Micromax’s Yu will launch a phone soon, which is says is the most powerful phone on the earth.
“The real beast is coming..the most powerful phone on the planet,” a teaser which was issued by Yu today read.
Note that few days back The Mobile Indian reported about the so called “most powerful phone” of Yu, which is reportedly named as Yu 5050.
In September, Yu was supposed to launch the phone but it instead launched the Yu Yunique. But now with this new official teaser, it is now confirmed to be launched.
However, the teaser has though no other information about the device.
The so called Yu5050 was earlier spotted on benchmark listings with Android 5.1.1 operating system, the powerful 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 processor and huge 4 GB RAM. Its Antutu benchmark report was also spotted as per which the phone has a 21 Megapixel rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera.
Even on Zauba, an import/export listing site, the Yu5050 was spotted sometime back as per which it has dual SIM, 5.2 inch display, micro SD card support, and declared value of Rs 20,295 to Rs 20,752.
Earlier this year, Asus launched world’s first smartphone with 4 GB RAM – the Zenfone 2 which started the trend. Soon, Lenovo and OnePlus brought their new smartphones with 4 GB RAM. Even Xiaomi is reportedly planning to bring its next flagship with 4 GB RAM.
Micromax Yu till date has launched three smartphones (Yu Yureka, Yu Yuphoria, Yu Yunique and Yu Yureka Plus) and one fitness Band YuFit in India. All the devices are priced below Rs 10,000.
