Airtel 4G smartphone to be launched next week for Rs 2,000 : Report

According to the reports, Airtel’s 4G smartphone will run on Android Nougat 7, along with 1GB of RAM.

After the launch of RelianceJioPhone. Now, Airtel is expected to launch its ultra-cheap 4G smartphonein the first week ofOctober. It is rumoured be priced around Rs 2,000.

According to a report by 91Mobiles, Airtel’s 4G smartphone will run on Android Nougat 7. It will have 1GB of RAM and is likely to feature a 4-inch display and a 1500 mAh battery. Reliance Jio has made some gargantuan waves in the telecom and handset sectors with the launch of its latest 4G-enabled JioPhone. Meanwhile, Vodafone has partnered with Lava and Intex and is offering a cashback worth Rs 900 on the purchase of a new Lava feature phone, whereas for Intex customers it is offering 50 percent cash back on recharge up to Rs 100 on Intex 2G feature phones.
