A new Oppo R11 with 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 835 appears in Geekbench

As for the software, it shows the latest Android 7.1.2 operating system.

Oppo announced Oppo R11 and R11 Plus smartphones at an event in China in June this year. The Oppo R11 is priced at 2999 Yuan which is approximately Rs 28,394 while the Oppo R11 Plus will cost you 3699 Yuan which is approximately Rs 35,021. Now, a new Oppo R11 has surfaced on a GeekBench website which has however revealed different specs than the existing Oppo R11. The listing hints that the new leaked smartphone may be a new variant of Oppo R11 which is in the pipeline.

The new leaked Oppo R11 has 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 835 as compared to 4GB RAM and Snapdragon 660 processor in the existing Oppo R11. As for the software, it shows the latest 7.1.2 operating system.

In the GeekBench listing, the new Oppo R11 got 1512 points in single-core test and in multi-core test it received 4831 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Oppo R11 has 6GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 1.90 GHz octa-core processor. The handset is based on the Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system.

The current Oppo R11 sports a 5.5-inch Full (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED screen with 401ppi as density and is powered by latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, which is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It has an expandable storage as well that can hold a micro card.

On the connectivity front, both the devices support VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, 4.2, GPS, GLONASS and support. The Oppo R11 measures 154.5× 74.8×6.8mm and weigh 150 grammes.
