Samsung has announced a new tablet, called Galaxy W. The tablet featuers a 7 inch touchscreen and is priced SKW 4,99,400 (Rs. 29,000 approximately) for the South Korean market. However, there is no word yet from Samsung whether it would be made available outside Korea.
The Samsung Galaxy W features a 7 inch HD display, and has voice calling feature apart from LTE connectivity. This Android 4.3 Jelly Bean based tablet has a quad-core processor (unspecified chipset) clocked at 1.2 GHz which is assisted by 1.5 GB of RAM.
Besides, the Samsung Galaxy W comes with 16 GB internal storage, an expandable slot that can accommodate a 64 GB micro SD card, a 2 Megapixel front camera, and an 8 megapixel rear camera.
Currently, Samsung offers eight tablets in India namely – Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, Galaxy Note 10.1, Tab 3 T311, Tab 3 T310, Tab 3 T211, Tab 3 Neo, Galaxy Note 800, and Galaxy Tab 2.
