A new Gionee smartphone with model name Gionee GN5005, has been found listed on TENAA, a Chinese certification website. The listing not only has images, but it also carries the key specifications of the device and the specs indicate that among the many phones expected to launch next year, this one could be a key for Gionee, as all smartphone makers race to deliver the handset that will support Digital India.
As per the listing, the Gionee GN5005 features a 5-inch HD display with resolution of 720 x 1280 pixel and is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 128GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 4000mAh battery.
On the camera front, the Gionee GN5005 sports a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G with VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, a MicroUSB port, Gravity sensors, distance sensors, and light sensors. The handset measures 144.3Ã—70.5Ã—8.6 mm and weighs 140 grams. Further, as per listing the smartphone comes in Golden colour.
