A new Alcatel smartphone, called Alcatel Pixi Theatre, has been found listed on company's official website. The smartphone will be made available through Cricket wireless carrier in the US. As of now company is not revealed it pricing or availability.
The Alcatel Pixi Theatre features a 6-inch HD (1280x720 pixels) display with Dragontrail glass. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, which is clubbed with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 128GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
The Pixi Theatre smartphone has an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with Dual LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. The camera features include manual mode, HDR, Panorama, Time-lapse mode, QR code scanner and integrated Polaroid software. The smartphone comes fitted with a 2580 mAh battery, which claims to offer 8-hours of talk-time and 320-hours of standby time on LTE network. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11a/b/g/n ), GPS, a microUSB port, Bluetooth 4.1, G-sensor, Proximity, and Light sensor. Furthermore, the handset comes with Onetouch Music, which is integrated with Deezer from Cricket. The handset measures 6.50x3.30x0.33 inches and weighs 6.561 ounces.
