The Xiaomi 13T should come with a 6.67-inch (2712 x 1220 pixels) 1.5K AMOLED Display that will have 144Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, 2880Hz high Frequency PWM dimming, up to 2600 nits peak brightness, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision.
The Xiaomi 13T could be powered by the Dimensity 8200 Ultra SoC. The device may get up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
As for cameras, the Xiaomi 13T will get a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP f/1.9 IMX707 primary sensor, 13MP Omnivision OV13B10 ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 50MP Omnivision OV50D 2x telephoto camera. The device also has OIS support, and a 20MP f/2.0 in-display IMX596 selfie camera.
The Xiaomi 13T packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charge technology. The device runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
Connectivity options include Dual-SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and a USB-C port for charging. It also comes with Dolby Atmos-backed Stereo speakers, under display fingerprint sensor along with an X-axis Linear Vibration motor.
