The smartphone will be available on all major offline retail outlets from 20th April, 2017 onwards.
Zopo has announced to launch its new colour series smartphone, which is dubbed as Zopo Color X 5.5. The smartphone is priced at Rs 11,999 and will be available in all major offline retail outlets from 20th April, 2017 onwards. The company is also offering 365 days replacement warranty wherein, if there is a hardware failure in any of Zopo's product within one year of its purchase, you can easily get it replaced with a brand new one from company's service centre. The smartphone comes in four different colour options- Charcoal Black, Royale Gold, Orchid Gold and Space Grey.
The Zopo Color X 5.5 has a metal unibody design and features a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D ARC display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone comes equipped with a MT6737 Quad-core 64-bit processor. It has a 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 2500mAh battery, which claims to offer up to 360 minutes of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time. It also houses a fingerprint scanner, which is embedded in its home button.
On the camera front, Color X 5.5 offers an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. Both rear as well front camera comes with LED flash light. Moreover, the smartphone comes pre-loaded with the Zopo Care App that helps you to locate a nearby company service center. It also has an optional keyboard for 25 Indian regional languages support. Besides, the device offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a microUSB port. The handset measures 155 x 77.8 x 8.7mm and weighs 166 grams.
"Furthermore, the Color X 5.5 comes with 'One Button Access' feature. It is supported by a front-facing fingerprint scanner with a 3600 sense. This unique feature allows user to control all the features with the touch of a single button. Users simply have to slight tap to unlock, one tap to go back, double tap to return to home, long tab to open used recently used apps", Zopo explained this feature in a press note.
