Xolo Q2100 with fingerprint sensor launched for Rs 13,499

The Xolo Q2100 has fingerprint sensor for added security and it has IR Blaster that converts it into a universal remote.

As reported by The Mobile Indian earlier, Xolo has launched the Q2100 smartphone with fingerprint sensor for Rs13,499.

The Q2100 also comes with regular patterns locks. The built-in fingerprint sensor in Xolo Q2100 is located on the top back of the device and allows users to unlock the screen and quickly access the device at the swipe of the finger. Maximum three fingers can be enrolled and successfully decoded as a part of this authentication process.

Adding to the convenience, the fingerprint sensor in Q2100 is also integrated with LastPass – the password manager app. Users will now be able to access LastPass with a swipe of their finger, access the app with the fingerprint sensor and reach all your accounts securely. No more hassle to remember multiple passwords. In addition to this, Xolo Q2100 comes pre-loaded with Peel Smart Remote app which with the help of IR Blaster, allows this phone to act as a universal remote.

Xolo Q2100 offers a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating and DTS surround sound technology for enjoying all sorts of multi-media content on the go. It has a quad-core 1.3 GHz processor and 1 GB LPDDR3 RAM which is claimed to be twice as powerful as old LPDDR2 RAM. As expected it is based on the latest 4.4 KitKat operating system, and has 8 GB internal memory.

The Q2100 has an 8 rear camera with Exmor R camera sensor, 5P Lens and f/2.0 aperture. A 2 megapixel camera is located in its front.The dual Xolo Q2100 has a 2800mAh battery.
