Xiaomi will launch its Redmi Note 3 in India today. The Redmi Note 3 was launched in China November last year and is priced at RMB 899 or Rs 9,339 approximately for 2 GB RAM version while its 3 GB RAM model has a price tag of RMB 1099 or approximately Rs 11,417.
At present, however it is not clear which version will be launched in India. However, reports claimed that the phone could be priced less than Rs 15,000. Note that the 2 GB variant has 16 GB of internal storage and a 4000 mAh battery while the 32 GB model has 3 GB RAM and 4050 mAh battery.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 comes with a full metal body. In China, Redmi Note 3 comes with Helio X10 octa core Processor but in India it will be launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 chipset. The smartphone has a fingerprint sensor as well. The handset has a 16 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. It is available in silver, dark grey and gold colours. Despite having a huge battery, the phone is just 8.65 mm thick and weighs 164 grams. The phone has a 5.5 inch full HD display, dual SIM with 4G connectivity, MIUI 7 and WiFi (ac).
As per reports, the phone will be available exclusively through Amazon India.
