As The Mobile Indian had reported earlier, Micromax has unveiled yet another smartphone under its Canvas series. The new smartphone, named as Canvas HD A116, has astounding features and will be made available in the first week of next month.
The Micromax Canvas HD comes with 1.2 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6589 processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and 1 GB of RAM. There is 4 GB of internal storage which is expandable to up to 32 through a micro SD card. Besides the phone has a huge 5 inch display and it comes with dual cameras as well including an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front unit. Moreover, it has support for 3G, WiFi 802.11 (b/g/n), Bluetooth, and GPS/A-GPS. However it has only a 2100 mAh battery.
It is going to be priced below Rs 15,000.
