BTM Exports Limited has recently launched a new brand called UI phones in India. The company has entered into crowded feature phone market in India with eight new feature phones in different series. The phones are priced between Rs 800 to Rs 1,400.
Nikhil Chopra, Executive Director, BTM Group said in a statement, “ Our phones are uploaded with all relevant features and we are targeting Tier II/ III towns with clear Value for money proposition.”
To start with, the company will initially launch the products in 13 states of North and East India, including J&K, HP, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, UP, Uttrakhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha. After this, the company is also planning to reach out all other states by the end of this year. Currently, the ui phones are offering 8 feature phones under different series namely, Super Connect Series, Super Selfie series, Super Power series and Super Nexa series.
Under Super Connect series, the company will launch Connect 1 feature phone, which comes loaded with features including dual SIM, 1.8-inch display, 1000mAh battery, digital camera, LED torch, FM radio, Bluetooth, phonebook and more. The major highlight of the device is a dedicated music keys, auto call recorder and dual charging port.
Coming to the Super Selfie series, the company will launch three products namely, Selfie 1, Selfie 2 and Selfie 3. The Selfie 1 sports a 1.8-inch display, while Selfie 2 and Selfie 3 comes with 2.4-inch and 2.8-inch displays respectively. The Selfie 1 feature phone boast 1000mAh battery coupled with the digital camera, LED torch, 32GB of external TF flash support, English and Hindi support, FM Radio, Bluetooth, dedicated music keys, auto call recorder and dual charging port. On the other Selfie 2 and Selfie 3 are powered by an 1800mAh battery, and sports dual digital camera. Other than this most of the features are similar to Selfie 1.
Moving on the Super Power series, there is three feature phone including Power 1, Power 1.1 and Power 2. Power 1 comes loaded with a 1.8-inch display, 2400mAh battery, and so on. Power 1.1 and Power 2 comes with 1.8-inch and 2.4-inch displays respectively. The Power 1.1 is loaded with 3000mAh battery, while the Power 2 comes with 2700mAh battery. The major highlight of this series is that you can also use these devices to charge your smartphones.
Lastly, Nexa 1 comes with a 2.4-inch display, 1000mAh battery, with a digital camera, LED torch, 32GB of external TF flash support, English and Hindi support, FM Radio, Bluetooth, dedicated music keys, auto call recorder and dual charging port.
