Samsung is reportedly working on the next-generation of its Android Go smartphone. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy J4 Core, the phone has been leaked online leaving little to the imagination.
The phone has been found listed on Colombo revealing its key design and specifications. As per the listing, it seems that the phone will be available in Black, Gold and Blue colour options. The phone will sport a large screen with the latest aspect ratio, which is better as compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy J2 Core.
Jumping straight to the specifications, the Galaxy J4 Core is equipped with a 6.0-inch HD+ TFT display with a screen resolution of 1480 x 720 pixels along with 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone will be powered by a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, which could be similar to what we have seen in Galaxy J2 Core. It will be backed by a 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
The major highlight of the smartphone will be the software. It will run on Android Oreo (Go Edition), meaning that it will ship with Android 8.1 Oreo. The phone will be backed by a 3,300mAh battery.
For optics, the Galaxy J4 Core will be equipped with an 8-megapixel rear camera with a f/2.2 Aperture along with LED flash. For the front, there will be a 5-megapixel shooter with LED flash. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, AGPS, 4G VoLTE, FM Radio, and microUSB port. The phone measures 160.6 x 76.1 x 7.9mm and weighs 170 grams.
