Oppo is all set to bring its new sub-brand Realme to India to compete against the likes of Xiaomi and more. The company is all set to launch its first smartphone, the Realme 1, in India on May 15. However, just ahead of official launch, full specifications of the upcoming smartphone has been leaked online.
According to a Twitter user @bang_gogo_, the Realme 1 smartphone will feature 6.0-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone will be powered by 2.0GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6771 processor, which is none other than Helio P60. The phone features a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro SD card slot.
The leakster further reveals that the Realme 1 will come loaded with a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and bokeh effect. For the front, there will be an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling along with portrait mode. The smartphone will be backed by a 3410mAh battery and it will run on Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.0 running on top of it, claims the tipster.
Further, the Oppo Realme 1 will feature face unlock, but the tipster claims that there will be no fingerprint sensor. Further, on the connectivity front, the phone will support micro USB port, Bluetooth 4.2, FM Radio, WiFi and hybrid SIM slot.
