OnePlus alleged removed negative reviews from its online store

The company is allegedly showing those reviews, which are positive for its product.

OnePlus has been surrounded with yet another controversy as the brand is reported to have removed negative reviews from its online store. The company is allegedly showing those reviews, which are positive for its product.

As per a Reddit user u/ftblwolf, OnePlus removed the negative review of the screen protector for OnePlus 6T. “This morning when I checked there were 3 or 4 more reviews (dated after mine) noting how terrible and practically impossible it was to get rid of all the bubbles…..Well, I go to check them now and guess what…my review along with the other negative ones are all gone,” the user said.

Interestingly, this is not the isolated event and multiple users have come up with a similar issue, alleging the company for removing the negative comments or review from its online store. As per a report by Android Headlines, the OnePlus’ US and UK site only shows positive reviews, especially, for the OnePlus 6T.

Meanwhile, the company has announced that its next flagship smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. OnePlus will be the first to release a commercial smartphone with carrier network EE in the UK in 2019. EE is the UK’s number one mobile network and was named as the UK’s best network for the 5th year in a row by RootMetrics.
