Motorola is reportedly working to bring HD resolution supporting RAZR M successor packed with dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus mobile processor.

Motorola may have moved its majority staff to different division at Google but the company will continue making better devices. PhoneArena reported that Motorola will introduced an iteration of the mid-range DROID RAZR M smartphone with better specifications.

Most likely to be branded as DROID RAZR M HD, this smartphone will features 720p supporting display and a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon family mobile processor.

Motorola had announced the DROID RAZR M and RAZR M smartphones earlier this year with same specifications but different cellular networks. The Motorola RAZR M had a 4.3-inch Super and packs dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 mobile processor.

As per the anonymous tip, Motorola is working on the RAZR M successor which is likely to be branded as RAZR M HD. This smartphone will feature a 4.5-inch HD display with 1280×720 natively and thereby offering 326 ppi (Pixels Per Inch) density.

Apparently, the rest specifications will remain almost the same – dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 mobile processor, 1 RAM, and other things.

Notable change lies in the battery department where the RAZR M HD will feature a 3300 battery (also found in RAZR MAXX) for longer run time. The built-in storage will be 16 GB (up from 8 GB) and will also offer micro SD card slot. Motorola will add 4.1 Jelly Bean update and make it upgradable to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update.

Though there is no confirmed launch or release date, we can expect this smartphone to be announced at the Mobile World Congress 2013 in February.
