Moto M was launched in India last month at Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999 for 32GB and 64GB internal storage variants respectively. The smartphone is currently available in Gold and Silver colour variants. Now a new Grey colour has also been added which will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting 6th February at 12 PM. the series has been a popular pick, adding strong heft to Motorola’s mid- and upper range phone offerings.
Flipkart is also offering exchange offer on the new Moto M where you can exchange your old smartphone and get upto Rs 15,000 off. It also comes with an EMI scheme option starting at Rs 879 per month.
As far as specifications go, Moto M comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display. Running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, Moto M is powered by an Octa-Core 2.2 GHz MediaTek Helio P15 CPU coupled with Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. For the memory, the device comes in two variants – 3GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage which will be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD. Unlike the other Moto devices, the Moto M will feature a fingerprint scanner at the back.
For Photography, the smartphone houses a 16-megapixel primary camera with dual-tone LED flash, PDA, 1µm pixel size, full HD video recording, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection and Auto-HDR paired with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. For the juice, the device will be powered by a 3050 mAh Li-Ion battery which will support Fast charging technology. Connectivity features of the device include dual sim 4G, VoLTE, GPS capability, Bluetooth NFC, USB Type-C. The device measures at 151.35 X 75.35 X 7.85mm and weighs at 163 grams.
